General Provisions

Eligibility and Age Requirement
To open an account and use services on the eb999 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older. eb999 strictly prohibits gaming by minors. We may request proof of identity at any time for age verification. If it is found that an account holder is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
Other Eligibility Requirements
- You must be a resident of a country or region where online gaming is not prohibited.
- You are opening the account for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else.
- You have not previously been banned from eb999.
- You are financially capable and able to afford to lose the funds you deposit.
- You are not enrolled in any active self-exclusion program.
Account Registration
One Account Rule
Each person may only operate one eb999 account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are operated using the same device, IP address, family member or payment method, all accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or incorrect information will result in account closure. Any changes to information must be reported to our support team immediately.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into eb999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka) for each method. Deposited funds must come from your own verified payment account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal processing time is generally between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawals will be sent only through the same method used to make the deposit. Identity verification ("KYC") may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
Identity Verification (KYC)
eb999 may at any time request proof of identity, proof of address and payment method verification from an account holder. eb999 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold if the required documents are not submitted.

Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
eb999 offers new players a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own terms which are stated on the offer page.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses have a specific validity period and will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
- eb999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus without providing a reason.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated.
VIP Program
The eb999 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.6% for Silver, up to 0.9% for Gold and up to 1.2% weekly cashback for Platinum. Advancement to a higher tier depends on playing patterns and activity.
Game Rules
All games offered on eb999 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own rules which can be found within the game.
Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits may change at any time and may differ between players.
Technical Errors
Results arising from any technical fault or software issue may be considered void. Abnormal winnings caused by programming errors will not be paid. If an internet connection is interrupted, the result of an ongoing game will be saved in the system.
Sports Betting
Specific market rules apply to all sports betting including cricket, football and kabaddi. If a match is abandoned or delayed and not completed within the specified time frame, the bet may be voided. Separate market rules apply to all tournaments including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eb999 platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Fraudulent activity, collusion or game manipulation
- Bonus hunting or bonus abuse (collecting bonuses through multiple accounts)
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
- Playing using automated bots, scripts or software
- Depositing or withdrawing funds through third-party accounts
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Accessing from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy
- Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward our staff
- Chargeback fraud or misuse of the payment system
Account Suspension and Closure
eb999's Rights
eb999 reserves the right to investigate, suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms
- If fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected
- If required documents for identity verification are not provided
- If evidence is found that the account holder is a minor
- To meet legal or regulatory requirements
Requesting Account Closure Yourself
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eb999 is not responsible for:
- Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection
- Loss caused by technical issues with your device
- Delays due to disruption of services by a third-party payment provider
- Service unavailability due to unexpected system downtime
- Loss caused by your account credentials being disclosed to others
The eb999 platform uses SSL encryption and modern security measures and operates in accordance with fair play principles. However, gaming is a recreational activity and the risk of loss is always present — the responsibility for accepting this risk rests entirely with you.
